FAQ

At what age do you start accepting patients?

We start seeing pediatric patients as early as 6 months. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that your child be seen no later than 1 year of age. At the first appointment, we will complete a cleaning, exam and fluoride treatment. We know your child may not be able to sit still, but we will work with you and your child to make the appointment as comfortable as possible. These appointments can also help diagnose any issues your child may have at an early age.  It is important to start early, so give us a call today to schedule your child’s first dental visits!

My child will not behave at the dentist. What will you do differently?

We understand that going to the dentist can be a difficult experience for kids. We have a state-of-the-art facility with the latest technology and a very kid-friendly office. The child-friendly atmosphere can help kids relax. We have prizes for the kids after treatment, TVs in the ceiling to keep them distracted and digital radiography which make taking those difficult x-rays quick. We also offer many treatment modalities including treatment with nitrous and general anesthesia done in a hospital setting. Our staff are trained to work with kids and our doctor is a pediatric dental specialist. We are patient and we will do what we can to make the experience a positive one. Give us a call today, to schedule a tour of the office or to book your child’s first appointment!

What kind of dental insurance do you accept?

We are in-network with most PPO dental plans. Give us a call today to see if we take your insurance! At this time, we do not accept Medicaid, Paramount Advantage, or Buckeye insurance.
