Insurances Accepted
We accept most PPO insurance plans. Give us a call today to see if we accept your plan! We are not in-network with Medicaid, Paramount Advantage, Buckeye, or any state-funded insurance programs. For those without insurance or those without insurance we accept we do offer new patient specials. For children 3 and under it is $99 for the initial visit, for children over 4 it is $175.
